Spectrex SafEye Quasar 300 Series (For Duct Mounting)

The SafEye Quasar 300 Series is specifically designed for duct applications, widely used to monitor the ingress of hazardous, flammable gas concentrations into air intakes of turbine engines and HVAC air ducts. 

In duct applications, the SafEye Quasar detectors offer a high-sensitivity response across small paths of air inlets. The full-scale sensitivity ranges from 1 LEL.m for 2-6.6 ft (0.6-2 m) wide inlets to 2.5 LEL.m for 6.6-23 ft (2-7 m) wide. 

These detectors feature special duct mountings that provide a clear path across the duct and are easily aligned. The optics design allows a misalignment tolerance of ±2°.
